This paper develops a platform which is used to develop virtual automatic testing system and supports virtual testing. Users build the virtual automatic testing system with the virtual instruments afforded by the system. The virtual system can test the virtual prototype according to the test flow control and confirm its measure ability. Then this supports the development of virtual prototype. Simultaneously the platform provides hypothesized UUT, so users can confirm whether the designed test system is correct or not. Developing the testing system fallowing the hypothesized test system can enhance the success ratio of product. Along with the hypothesized experimental technology development, more and more virtual prototype will be invented. Using this platform will confirm hypothesized the measurability of prototypical. In only has the hypothesized prototypical stage synchronization development automated test system. This can obviously reduce the development cycle and cost of product. This thesis Builds the model library of virtual instruments through research of the attributes and behaviors of automatic testing instruments. A series of uniform interfaces of components are designed to standardize the components.The system has implemented the software models such as DMM (Digital Multimeter), A/D, Counter, I/O, 422 serial communication; This thesis abstracts the software models of analog signal, digital signal and serial data and puts forward a transmission method of virtual signal in the system; A so-called external fitting table is used to express the connection between instruments by studying the traverse map. Based on this component assembly design interface is designed. Cable network is similar to the sparse map, so adjacent table is used to express the structure of cable. And then the cable software model is built. The TUA software model is build on the same way except filling the adjacent table with the signal value transform coefficients.The software is Based on the Object-Oriented program idea. It is designed the modules of variable kinds testing resources as components, which have special use, and the software integrates these components to meet the function requirements of the system. This dissertation uses the UML software tool to model the function, static construction and dynamic act of the software. Using Visual C++ development platform and powerful MFC library, this subject develops the software.
