Electrical actuator is an important equipment of driving and controlling valve, which plays important part in the field of realizing piping net automatization. At present, there are some drawbacks exist in domestic electrical actuator, such as: complex structure, lower control precision, poor man-machine communication skills, and unable to meet automation control, centralized control, and Remote control. Because of this, this paper presents an intelligent electrical actuator, which not only expands the control mode of electrical actuator and enhances the human-machine communication skills, but also applies the Vector Control theory to the valve motor drive control. The vector control technology realizes the independent control of torque and flux of AC motor, so the AC motor can be controlled like a DC motor. Applying the strategy into the motor control improves the control performance and accuracy, and expands the application field. With the intelligent electrical actuator as object, the following work is done:Firstly, this paper designs the structure of the intelligent electrical actuator, Then puts forward the overall realization of the system, and focuses on the structural characteristics of main control and the driving control parts, and the realization of its functions are described in more detail, which reflects the Intelligent Electrical's advantages in the industry field.Secondly, the paper analyzes the mathematic model of the induction motor particularly, which is the direct control object. Based on the AC induction motor dynamic electromagnetic analysis and the principle of coordinate transformation concept introduction, the paper gradually leads to the mathematical model and its express equation in different coordinate system. On the basis of the induction motor mathematical model the basic equation of the magnetic field oriented vector is deprived. Then the Vector Control part of the system is simulated in matlab and the simulation results is given.Thirdly, hardware and software design on the basis of the combination of the above theoretical foundation and the Department of Industrial actual system. Hardware design includs: DSP peripheral circuits, infrared remote control transmitter and receiver circuits, man-machine interface circuit, Remote control signal circuits, power driver circuit, the current detection, speed detection, location detection, and display circuit. DSP software is designed to achieve the established part of the control and display functions.Finally, the experimental system is studied, from which the operational characteristics of each part and experimental data are obtained. The experimental results and simulation results have good consistency. The new type of electrical actuator based on Vector control strategies improves the precision capability and quick response ability, and realizes the highly reliable operation. So it extends the application fields of electrical actuator.
