Marine biological enzyme fermentation control system is the supporting electrical control system of the Institute of Aquatic "Ninth Five-Year" 863 projects (marine life demonstration project) which undertaken by Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences. Marine biological enzyme is a kind of new enzymes developed through modern bio-engineering methods and based on metabolites of China's microbial which can product enzyme. Compared with the traditional enzyme, marine biological enzyme has broader applications and market prospects. Marine biological enzyme fermentation automatic control system is the major carriers of marine biological enzyme's industrialization. The system combines modern industrial automation technology and traditional bio-fermentation technology to achieve automatically optimizing control of the marine biological enzyme fermentation process.Marine biological enzyme fermentation control system make PLC as the control center and apply fieldbus, VVVF, HMI, fuzzy control and PID control on the control of marine biological enzyme fermentation process. And the central issues of the system are process parameters' acquisition, archiving, optimization and control. The subject, based on the hardware of marine biological fermentation control system, focuses on the acquisition, archiving, optimization and control of the Marine biological enzyme fermentation's process parameters. According to the scene of the actual situation and biological fermentation of their own characteristics, the system takes the temperature, dissolved oxygen and PH value as the study subject and discusses the optimal control modes based on PLC. Fermentation temperature and PH values are controlled with PID control technology which has PWM function, and the control of fermentation dissolved oxygen uses fuzzy PID control, combining fuzzy control and the traditional digital PID control to optimal the control of dissolved oxygen. The system uses Siemens WinCC as PC Monitoring Software to show, to archive and to optimize the real-time process parameters and the history curve. According to the needs of the production process, the system configures and optimizes the WinCC software to show the whole fermentation process on PC and to achieve the automatic archiving and formula management, further enhancing the marine biological enzyme fermentation production level of automation. The functions, archiving, optimizing and controlling the parameters of Marine biological enzyme fermentation, are based on the PLC program and the configuration of HMI. In the premise of optimal Control, the system controls the Scene implementing agencies to make the fermentation process parameters achieve the optimum value. Therefore, the optimization control based on siemens PLC, as well as the realization of WinCC configuration monitoring software is focused on the issue of this paper.In addition, this paper briefly introduces the process, system hardware Structure and network configuration of the marine biological enzyme fermentation.Up to the present, the marine biological model of the project has entered the stage of trial operation. The automatic control system is running stable, and fermentation process parameters are related to good Control results. The application of PC monitor software effectively enhances the automation level of systems. Compared with the traditional artificial fermentation process, the system has tremendous industrialization advantages and cost advantages, and has shown good economic returns, and also a positive exploration of enzymes' industrialization process.
