With the rapid development of car industry and carrying trade, All-Steel Radial Tire become the primary production in the world tire market as it has several advantage in security, saving energy, comfort and durability. Quality detecting is very important, as tire's bug will affect its capability and using life. The traditional detecting method is that censor examine X-ray picture of tire. However, the method is very subjective, and it can't detect all bug exactly. According to the X-ray picture of tire and the tire criterion, the thesis has completed the tire flaw automatic diagnosis software system structure research and the design, and applies to the overall software design, initially has realized to the tire body flaw diagnosis.In the thesis, the main contents include:1. In aspect of software engineering, modeling is designed by Unified Modeling Language.2. Write"System Detailed Design Instruction Booklet", design and build the framework of the software.3. Accomplished magnifying,reducing and real-time roll display of image, and automatic picture storage is completed. Completed the design of software file system architecture.4. Accomplished the design of Man-machine contact surface module, data dynamic link library module and core function module, has realized normal operation of the fault localization and the recognition algorithm, basically it has satisfied the target of the tire flaw automatic diagnosis software's compatibility, extension and seal.
