To do earthquake or road simulation test, the vibration table simulation test is an important method. As the development of high tech and industry system, the offline control method which the traditional vibration table simulation test system used has encountered a series of challenging problems. The problems summarized as below: it is a nonlinear and time-variation system with uncertainties, and it is more complex. So the high performance of this control system is required. At present, iteration control is realized using remote parameter control technology in the vibration table simulation test. But the fixed limitation exits in the control method with complicated calculation and low precision. Based on the study of remote parameter control technology, an adaptive filter inverse control method using LMS algorithm is proprsed in this paper, and can solve the problem which exits in traditional control method. The weighting coefficients of the adaptive filter can be constantly updated through iterative using adaptive iterative program. It can enhance the control precision and stability. So it can be widely applied to practice.At first, this article discusses the theory and basic characteristic of remote parameter control technology. Based on the study of system function requirement, the general design scheme of the adaptive control system based on DSP is established. With advantages of low cost, low power consumption, high-speed and good real-time character etc., TMS320F2812 CMOS chip is selected as the CPU of this system.The controller main-board is designed with TMS320F2812 as its CPU, and also sets the serial interface and input and output of the switching value on it .The A/D acquisition card and the backward D/A output module are designed with CPLD and FIFO technology, AD976A,DAC7625 and many other CMOS chips.Moreover, we have studied the LMS control algorithm, and also get excellent simulation effect by the MATLAB software. Meanwhile under the CCS2000 development environment, we use C language to compile the DSP's software program. The result is good by making a test on the second-order system.After all parts' design of the system, we debugged it. From the debugging result, we can see that this system have reliable performance, high control precision, convenient operation and also well control effect.
