With the advance of information-based management of each high school,the high school governors apply various information-based measures to changing traditional working methods, introduce or developing the information-based products that accord with school's management.The information-based products,bring very great conveniences for the management work of high school, and raise consumedly work efficiency for each branch of school,and provide a good condition for standardized of the data,bring the benefit to seeking,statistics,saving of the data,etc.Analyze the process of annual report,involving more departments,plus the freshmen are not suited to the unfamiliar environment,so that the annual report make teachers busy,and make freshman at a loss, which reflected the traditional model low efficiency,data lags behind the urgent need to improve the problem.Because of the present condition,we developed the digitized greeting freshman system in according to the freshman's register process.It is a management System that uses B/S mode based on Struts structure,achieves entire management involving freshman entering school.It faces to each department of school,each management branch and all of freshmen.Each branch carried on register of freshman according to same source data.The freshman get his register circumstance by using search mold at any time.and carried on registrations according to register flow chart and numerical campus map.using the System makes the data to be shared in each related management branch at horizontal,makes each section know their responsibilities.The digitized Greeting Freshman System provides quickly accurate timely statistical data for recruit section.
