In the modern power industry, the number of thermal power is in high proportion. In the thermo-power plants and nuclear power plants, the most electrical energy is generated by the driving turbine generators. The driving turbine generators provide people with about 80 percents electrical energy, and they are important power mechanical plants in modern countries. If there is something wrong with the steam turbine unit, it will cause the huge economic losses. Therefore, the technology of the turbine safety monitoring is introduced to modern equipment management, and it plays an increasing role. It services for the construction of national economy, it is an important mission of the researchers and engineering technical staff in mechanical failure diagnosis field.This paper is on the base of analyzing the development status of domestic and foreign turbine safety monitoring system, and brings forward the advantages and disadvantages of the turbine safety monitoring system, and designs a turbine safety online monitoring system on this basis, whose main unit is MCU. The whole safety monitoring system is composed of upper PC, control unit, data acquisition module, vibration module. It can measure and monitor the parameters of turbine units successionally, show the running data in real-time, store and process the data, analyze the time and frequency domain of parameters, evaluate the running states of turbine units, and alarm when the parameters is run out. The paper studies and designs the control unit of the turbine safety monitoring system, chooses the TMS320LF2407A, and designs the circuits of the control unit, including the signal amplifying of speed and key-phase, filter circuits, communication circuits, brownout storage circuits and power detection circuits. And it brings forward the flow of system main procedure and function software. In the field debugging, and especially in many explorations and researches of hardware circuit realization, the design of this paper has a certain practicality. And the part hardware circuits of it can provide references for other engineering practices.
