The connections of kinds of factors in the economical field of China are being made series of great adjustment. With the relation extent between the domestic market and international economy aspect has deepened, the market condition of China media has got great changes, of which the diplex power comes from the domestic and international conditions . As the one of three conventional media, TV has been weak in the competition among the strong media, such as paper, broadcast , and so channel of ethnic minority of TV station has fallen into the edge of the jungle. That make people start new thought about the developing foreground of TV media of Ethnic Minorities, and favor the especial attention to the management of TV media of ethnic minority.Exerting economics theory about the management, administration and modern media management, this thesis analyze roundly the external and internal conditions of the Xinjiang channel of ethnic minority. Tv media's existence and development, find out the key factor which affect the development of Xinjiang of ethnic minority. Then exerting the theory, it has made strategy analysis with regard to how to improve the competitive ability of Xinjiang of ethnic minority media and accelerate the industrial course.
