| Along with the digitization work flow's development, postpress and prepress design, printing production will integration with a unified data format,it will control prepress, printing, printed production ,and it is the requirements of the printing industry. In view of the fact of these situations, the printing profession's automated reform already was imminent.To develope a set of completely automatic digitization print job flow, integrated with postpress and prepress design, printing production,it already was the present urgent need to make the printing profession efficient ,flexible and transparent.At present, the level of automation Cutter has been quite high,with a large number of the Cutter with microcomputer control at home and abroad, but it is still not able to meet the needs of actual production. In accordance with the requirements of JDF ,equipment can automatic process processing production .when the customer input,the machine itself can be automatically converted to the production of procedures to command equipment required by the work. From that point of this view, there is a great distance between the present level of the Cutter and the request Cutter. The goal of this project is to use embedded processors based on ARM technology to development and build JMF Cutter ARM-based controller. The hardware of the controller uses the ARM processor, the LCD liquid crystal display and the touchscreen to complete the man-machine contact surface the interaction, the software of the controller based on the LINUX operating system, the LIBXML2 storehouse and the MINIGUI graphical interface,it can create,parse,recive,send JMF information. The controller may through the JMF news which receives, judges the type of the JMF information, thus analyzes and calculates the concrete step and the operational parameter of the paper cutting machine. Controller transmits data through the RS232 main line to the paper cutting machine programmable logic controller . |
