| The beehive paper core production line is a new type machine which is used to product new generation packing material named beehive paper. Some tension and register control systems used in fast-speed intaglio printing machine cannot be adapted to this machine , whose speciality is low speed, high weight, big noise and having strong relationship between register and tension . Also their functions donot match with their price .The thesis will make an in-depth analyst of this production line's speciality , then research and develop a new tension and register control system .The research goal of this thesis are superordination control console and its monitor program.The advanced technology of ARM+Linux has been used .A lot of work has been done in building the platform made up of several components. The monitor program also has been written for the target control system.The main work is as following:(1) Build the hardware platform of system, which is based on S3C44B0X CPU.(2) Customize OS software for board.We need to write BootLoader, modify the uCLinux kernel and MiniGUI, then build the embeded development environment.(3) Develop Linux device drivers, such as LCD , touch panel and speed testing system.(4) Write application software for this thesis. We need to supply human interface and RS-485 communication protocol.(5) Give a model of the control system ,then simulate it in Simulink. |
