| As the development of the numerical control (NC) and industrial equipments automation, embedded systems have been applied to every field of industrial automation more and more. The system of Windows CE.Net has the characteristics such as real-time multitask, modularization and powerful characteristics in flexibility and communication. And because of its obvious advantage in either real-time or interrupt handling, this embedded system has been a typical system for industrial control and have great development potential in this field.This paper has mainly discussed the application of Windows CE.Net and the developing process of the system based on the project"Research on Pivotal Technology and Applied System on The All-purpose Controller of Nonstandard Numerical Equipments"(07JCZDJC09300)subsidized by Tianjin Application Basis and Advanced Technology Plan.This paper has introduced the structure of the Windows CE.Net embedded system in detail, customized the system under Platform Builder environment, which is the development environment for Windows CE.Net, and also has built the SDK of the current platform. The initialize routine named boot loader and OAL between Windows CE.Net core and hardware platform have been designed on the basis of the current system platform, which lays foundation for communication between operating system and hardware platform. As for the driver, drives for touch screen, serial port, mouse, etc. have been designed under the existence conditions.At last, the main tasks of this paper have been summarized, and expectation of the following jobs has been made. |
