Plastic materials product line is one of important industry of the development of economy in the country. In railway's communications, the skin foam skin insulation wire has well performance which is same the other wire, nevertheless, the skin foam skin insulation wire has small diameter, low cost and light. The temperature control influences the capability and quality of the wire directly in the Plastic extruder. Credibility and precision of control decide quality of product. Temperature become important part in the technics of produce. In the technics,We make overshot, undulation and windage.this is important for quality ,output of product and to economize material. This paper is important to tell how to control termpertant in the Plastic extruder. The article includes some aspects as follows:The principle,to analyse merits and drawbacks of the traditional PID controller and fuzzy-PID controller. This system use the fuzzy PID parameters controller.in hardware, the system is designed by LPC2131 as core controller, the temperature collected by the core which is MAX6675.We commune with system by LCD and keyboard. The SSR is controlled by one mode is PWM.The software achieves all the functions of system and accomplish with hardware configure, which is debuffed in the ADS1.2 and using C language.the system complie programme of Modbus which used by communication with PC,which is debugged by SComAssistant V2.2.Otherwise the every flow charts of function module desigen on the platform. The running stablility of system ,the credibility of designing and all the intending functions were demonstrated by experiment in Lab.at same time ,compare with PID control, the fuzzy PID parameters controller latter PID control.it has excellent robust and self-adaptation performance.
