With the rapid development of economy and technology , plastic film products play a more and more important role in the agriculture , electric , and food industries .The way of bi-oriented stretch plastic film has been developing rapidly in recent years . The extruder system as an important part in production line , has very strict requirment for pressure control.At present, in the extruder system field in domestic , most of the control systems for twin extruder are open-loop controlled . Almost eighty percent machines adopt this way . Open-loop system is simple and lower cost. It is satisfied with users in some requirements . But open-loop control has some obvious shortcomings , such as pressure fluctuation , and bad stability etc . Now market needs high quality , high precise and good stability products .With the back ground of the project of development of pressure control for twin extruder for Dupont Plastic Film Group . this paper introduces the reality of closed-loop control to overcome the shortcomings of open-loop control , researches for application of advanced P1D arithmetic in pressure control , and proposes a fuzzy-PID control method to improve the intelligence of system , and makes some simulations with Matlab to prove its practicability . The result indicates that this method is feasible , so our work is valuable for the design and realization of the system control.
