Design And Research On Administrative Permit Online System

With the rapid development of network technology , the E-Government has become the head of the five " information freeway " applications. And Administrative Permit System(APS) has become one focus in the field of E-Government affair, and an important breakthrough of the informationlization construction of administrative management.In order to develop the Administrative Permit Online System, this thesis conducts a deep research in construction and model of APS combined with the Web database technology. The main research work is as follow:APS is analyzed deeply from both structure of organization and permit business type. Its characteristic of administrative permit is summarized. And according to the integrality of APS, analyzed from the net connection,business cooperation and information share, give a design chart of model framework of APS.In the link control model, the traditional connection-pool technology link way is analyzed, so we knew the limits of it, and carry out the optimization design measure of allot the connection-pool ID and use the diffluent machine filter the ID to control the connection-pool dynamicly.In the permit business-connection model, according to design of the discrete mathematics's mathematics algorithm, the relationship of different permit business-connection is showed by relation matrix. According to the design of relationship model, integrates with permit business which belong to different departments, and use the self defines process mechanism optimize the traditional permit process, gives design of permit business handle process, changes some original serial work process to parallel, so as to raises the efficiency of government administration and brings convenience to public.In information handle model, suggests that adopt XML as the common data model to complete the data exchange system. Then, optimize the structure of data store by XML.
