Design Of The Feature Color Ring Back Tone System For PSTN

The telephone network feature color ring back tone (CRBT) was an emerging telecommunication value-added service. The feature CRBT service has brought the higher economic efficiency to the mobile operation enterprises due to the perfect performance of the mobile network. The PSTN operation enterprises also hope to be able to succeed in the deployment of the feature CRBT system. But, the telephone network and the mobile network are very different, for example, the mobile subscriber's own the privacy and the appropriation which the telephone network does not have, this has brought the service demand difference; Secondly, the great differences exist among the telephone network communication equipment due to the development and historical reasons. It makes the realization of CRBT in telephone network be difficult.Based on such demand and the engineering factor, it is planned to design a system to be applied in telephone network feature CRBT system, this system is believed to provide this service well in telephone network platform. This article firstly evaluates the present status of the three telephone network service providers, then performs a careful investigation on the local network of the three telephone service providers. We formulate the basic technical realization method according to the telecommunication operation business network condition, we realize the independence of business management, business development and connectivity schemes, to guarantee the perfect performance the telephone system under the different circumstances.The article also investigates the possible influence of the CRBT on the traditional and new services of the telephone network system, and analyzes the call divert and call busy status to specify the message flow and resolution method.Thirdly, this article investigates the feature CRBT application demand, based on which the business management function is designed for both the systems and the users. We also design the storage and management system for CRBT files in order to realize the operation on the CRBT files.Finally, we design the service statistics and the management system for the convenience of the telephone network service providers, and reserve the statistical port for the sharing interest settlement for CP and SP.
