Design And Implementation Of Short Message Service Station

After years of efforts, China Mobile has made great progress at building their service channel, and now established relatively integrated channel system providing good-class of customer services.As an important service channel of China Mobile, Electronic Channel needs good development and standardization now. And among the Electronic Channel, short message channel is becoming more and more important because it is widly used in customer service and marketing now.In order to enhance the power of short message channel more, China Mobile established a set of Business and Technical Specification for Short Message Service Station (SMSS).This project is about to build a Short Message Service Station under the specification, which is base on the development condition and business requirement of China Mobile Guangdong Branch, and in concert with the BOSS1.5 project. In this project, I am mainly in charge of the project management and requirement analysis, and take part in the architecture designing, module designing, and the test. All of this is to make sure that the system is available to us. During the project, we need to unify the service codes, the business rules and the whole dealing process, to add more functions, to improve the systems' support. The target is to improve the power of service and marketing of SMSS, and reduce the service percentage of manual channel.
