| Our society is developing from industrialization to information industry. All vocations face the requirements of achieving information working. The service enterprise must have the capacity to afford the group customers' requirements in both network capability and building network potential. They should also research and excavate the group customers' demand through analyzing their technique and applications. All these requirements are the prerequisite to ensure the service enterprise have the ability to improve their competitive position and to accelerate their operation conversion. Setting out from this standpoint the paper gives the suggestion to archive local service enterprises' conversion direction and their implement scheme after analyzing the group customers' access technique.We pointed out how to optimum design of access project for the group customers after analyzing several access project of group customers and integrating current popular technology and thought of network transformation.The paper begins with the concepts of the group customers and then introduces some popular access techniques especially private and VPN. At the same time several individual example aimed at these two big techniques. We try to look for an essential development direction after analyzing the example.The article turned on technical from the group customer the concept to obtain, introduced the group customer access several kind of main streams technologies, pointed out the special line network and VPN were two big mainstreams access the technology, simultaneously aimed at these two big kind of technologies, has enumerated in the reality work several cases, and will carry on the detailed analysis to it, the attempt has sought the next mainstream development direction.The main research result obtains which in the research work has following several points: 1st, Author thought that VPN is not only a technique but also a thought which will be used in network development. MPLS technique is considered as the most hopeful basic technique for its outstanding performance in VPN fields. It provides a basic theory for us transforming to" Multimedia and Broadband Net Enterprise" and "Big Customers +ICT" mode. 2nd, We put forward the principle of "layering design, carry out gradually" on the enterprise's network optimization. Referencing use of the layering concept of Internet, we point out the plan to implement the Optical Cable Net, Transmission Net and Broadband Net step by step according to the developments in the marketplace, urgency of the group customers' need and the enterprise oneself investment ability. 3rd, According to the current situation of the telecommunications network, we design and optimize the optical cable net by layering the main optical cable and the wiring optical cable. Along with this concept we optimize the optical cable net while implementing the project "Peaceful City Road Supervision". The total length of relay layer optical cable installed increased by 18.37 sheath km and access layer optical cable installed increased by 48.95 sheath km and optical cross-connecting box installed increased by sixteen. This project reduced the customer's access mean distance from 2.6 km to 0.7 km. We also structure our "cable instead of copper" project in a manner that "Change the Cable". The total length of optical cable installed increased by 110.58 sheath km and 25 access network are added in phase I. This action not only greatly enhanced the region's group customers' access capabilities but also saved the company 4.6029 million yuan. 4th, For the core technology of NGN is MPLS/IP, the project needs compatible with the MPLS route facility. Currently we have completed this project. And MPLS VPN realized the entire network function by using 2M lines.Now the project partly has come into commission. It helps us to improve our competitiveness. |
