On the hardware level, the platform is compose of the common RF test device such as radio frequency integrated test set, signal sources and fading simulator t, and use the switching and control unit which is compose of filters and electronically controlled switch to make these instruments integrated into one platform. On the software level, the platform builds the package of remote control interface commands, compile the test case through calling the package, and complete the EGPRS RF terminals conformance test and receive test results in accordance with the process defined by 3GPP terminal RF conformance test specification. Through writing and running a large number of EGPRS RF terminal conformance test case, the test results getting from the platform are stable an in conformity with specification requirements. Compared to the GCF and PTCRB designated test platform, the test accuracy is not so good, but achieving low cost and strong expansion, flexible test case.The platform is fully applicable to the EGPRS terminal RF conformance test in the R&D stage and can complete the requirements more flexible than the conformance test.
