Therefore, the success of this project will have a significant value.Project risk management is a procedure toward identify, analyze, plan of emergence, measure and control of project risk. The procedure of any project construction must have certain risks; therefore, it requires the awareness of the possible positive influence risks through technological methods, meanwhile taking the estimation of the possible risk appearance rate and result, making some of plan concerning dealing with those risks, finally reducing the bad influences that risks brings to the project itself, achieving the destination of making risks minimize.The author implicated risk management into the establishment of educational electronic document exchange system, implemented risk identify, analyze, estimation, planning for emergence, measure and control through the method of risk management, during the aspects of project establishment of systematical designing, systematical developing, application and disposing, meanwhile researched the function of risk management process, experienced the real function and value what risk management to project.
