Design And Implementation Of The Key Technologies Of GSM Mobile Intelligent Networks On System Of Charging Risk Control

OCS (Online Charging System) is widely considered as one of the important mode of charging.The system could make the real-time billing to consumers,and could not be restricted by the consumers' application operation. At present,GSM networks still could not be widely applied into the 3G netwoks in a short time.It is the urgent problem to be solved to the operators how to apply the partial function of OCS into the present GSM netwoks.System of Charging Risk Control is the solution to this problem. The paper is to expound the job of GSM Intelligent Networks aimed at the solution.In the paper, it firstly introduces the theory of Intelligent Networks and the basic characteristics of GSM Intelligent Networks,and it describes the two solutions of prepaid based on GSM Intelligent Networks and Charging System. And it analyses the existing limitation and abuse of the two solutions.Then,by comparing the above two solutions and using OCS's design,System of Charging Risk Control is raised. System of Charging Risk Control is applied in the current networks environment.It combines the advantages of two abilities of real-time controlling in CAMEL and powerful charging in Charging System.It takes the various charging modes for prepaid subscribers in CAMEL,and it resolves the problems of charging risk in Charging System.Whereafter,it introduces the design and implementation of GSM Intelligent Networks in System of Charging Risk Control. And it emphasizes the key technologies during the procedure of design and implementation.Finally,it introduces the next working procedure of System of Charging Risk Control, and has a view of the smooth transition task toward OCS.
