Study Of The Total Integration Management Concept Based On Project Of "Gold Agriculture"

In recent years,Introduction of the total integration Businessman as personal aides of an information project has become a trend and a good choice that a major ministries and local governments carry out large-scale e-govemment building to avoid the risks of the project.This paper attempts to the total integration projects of Gold Agriculture for the actual cases,and use information knowledge and management knowledge,Including SOA-based framework for integration of information technology,software services,project management,strategic management of information technology,etc.First,it analysis highlights the need for total integration from many aspects,such as the organization,information-based construction,business integration,data integration,user experience,project management and maintenance services.At the same time clear the role of the integrated positioning,the contents and objectives of the total integration businessman.Then,this paper proposes the total integrated management philosophy of e-government projects from a four aspects,such as the Total-Point-Total model of projects management,the Five Level concept of Application Integration, implementation of integrated thinking about "Unified integrated design,and strengthen the implementation of the standard",project management about "Six Unity".Furthermore,in order to fully shows that the concept of integrated management, with actual cases of the total integration projects of Gold Agriculture,the paper describe in detail and in-depth analysis the total integration of the work of task.Finally,it put forward reasonable suggestions to the integration of the work.and I hope that this paper can provide an effective reference materials for the e-government construction exploring a low-cost,intensive,effectiveness of e-government construction path and methods.
