| The goal of modern smart home is to improve the quality of home life using modern electronic technology, communication technology, computer &network technology, and make home life become comfortable, safe and full of happiness. Information Appliance is main development direction of appliance. Development of Information Appliance is dependent on development and application of computer technology, communication technology and consumer electronics, relates to that hardware and interface technology, embedded technology, family network frame and networking technology, home appliance fabrication technology and software and related platform technology and so on.In the future family, it is convenient for the customer to use the interactive network environment with many Information Appliances work harmoniously. The network is called as digital home network, which is abbreviated as the home network. The home network is constructed by the home gateway, information appliance and some controllers.The article have brought forward Information appliance interface describing by XML(Extensible Markup Language),and have finished described appliance interface after studying the features of XML. And then, the article have analyzed the interface file using JDOM and registered the device in family gateway. After the home gateway gets the profile transmitted by the Information appliance, it creates a WEB control page for this device. Anyone who wants to operate the network appliances can use IE or others explorer to access the console page.After analyzing the major techniques generally used in remote monitoring and controlling system based on B/S mode , a B/S mode of remote monitoring and controlling system is built up in this thesis with Information Appliance architecture framework, And the function, structures are discussed;Some importrant modules of the software, data storage, data inquiring, maintenance of database are analyzed in details. Then the developing platform and developing tools are introduced. |
