According to the remote control walking system of hydraulic wheel excavator, including the research on the steering system, transmission system, clutching system and braking system to implemetion the remote control of starting, turning, transmation and braking and make the the excavator has the manual function in the same time.On base of the introduction of development background and the status quo at home and abroad, to achieve the remote control of the hydraulic wheel excavator walking system, it introduces the principle of every subsystems, and then design the remote control program respectively and choose the suitable control method. At last, it has built the model in the Simulink of Matlab, and then it has compared for the result of the simulation to obtain the superiority of the control method that has been chosen.The paper designs the remote control program of steering system on the base of the principle of front-wheel deflection hydraulic steering. Firstly, it builds the mathematical model of the steering system, and then chooses the Fuzzy-PID control method because the working features of the steering system. At last, it builds the simulation mode of the Fuzzy-PID control and PID control in the simulink of MATLAB, it is said that Fuzzy-PID control has the superiority.The paper designs the remote control program of Hydraulic machinery CVT. It builds the mathematical model of the transmission system first, and then chooses the PID control method and uses the incremental PID Algorithm because the transmission system has precise mode. At last it builds the simulation mode of control method in the simulink of MATLAB, the simulation curve says the control effect is fine.The paper introduces the principle and designs the remote control program of the clutch system and the braking system respectively, and then chooses the Fuzzy control because they can not built the precise mode either. It builds the simulation mode of the Fuzzy control about ABS braking system in the simulink of MATLAB and gets the curve of the car speed, the wheel speed and the Slip rate which can say the Fuzzy control is good for control effect.
