Design And Realization In The Digital Television Financial System Based On BOSS

Nowadays, with the Olympic Games coming, a great number of the Chinese people will taste the visual experience which is brought by totally new digital television. From the year of 2003, because of the diverse of the politics and decision of the development direction brought in to effect by National Broadcast Television, digital television business is developed in lots of districts in the provinces rapidly ever seen before. As the new opportunity of the development of the digital television, the digital television stands for the future of the structure of the broadcasting area. It has been the strong impulse in the revolution of the broadcasting system and supported by each level operator. For the optional, controllable and high extra value in business, the digital television can develop the transition from the single simulation period to the multiple digital period in the television area.However, as the system of the digital television, the Business and Operations Support system plays an important role in the increment business. In the research area, to decide which operations support system is adapt to the Chinese digital television characters. Especially, the finance system is the core content in the operation support system. Thus, the thesis combine advantages of operation and support system from the domestic and foreign countries, then, bring forward a kind of based BOSS operation and support digital television. And on the base of that, introducing into the work flow, according to the requirements of the digital television and business, I design a kind of finance system for the operation and support digital television and develop the software. The software realizes the core content financial management function. According to the particularity of the digital television, I add to the account preference function. And I design the security on the system. Finally, the thesis prospects the future trend in the operations support system. The application software which is designed in the paper adapts object-orientation method and uses building up the model of digital television BOSS. The software is developed by T C++Builder 6.0 in Window2000 and Oracle8i for UnixWare. And realize the based BOSS system structure and the financial software.
