Informationization and modernization leads education to realize the leapfrog development. Educational informationization has become strategic choice to China and other national education. The fundamental purpose of college informationization is to improve the efficiency and quality of higher education to train students. However, as the rapid development of computer networks and information technology, all kinds of network-based distributed application systems are introduced; it led to users a loss. A typical problem between these departments is that relative independent decentralized systems using different specifications and authentication lead many users to memory a lot of login information for access services, which also resulted into the formation of islands. Digitized campus information portal is to eliminate information islands, for achieving educational environment, resources to the teaching, learning, management and service activities such as the exchange of the full platform one of the most effective pattern.The research of paper rooted in the campus portal projects of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. In allusion to the current status of University department's applications which were isolated, the paper presents a campus information portal solution with the principles which's goal is to integrat informationresources and achieve the information sharing in digitized campus contruction. Thepaper first expounded what is Digitized Campus Information Portal (DCIP), andanalyses its role. Compining with the current development of the campus information portal the paper explained the significance the significance of the establishment of campus information portal; Through the study of Portal-related key technologies, including the Portal specific definition of the structure, characteristics, principles and relevant industry specification, the paper proposed the Digital Campus Information Portal application model under the framework of overall digitized campus construction , and made a further analysis of the model architecture and processes in the digitized campus portal. Finally, after determining the selection of Portal platform and making a brief comparison of the existing Portal products, the author use Oracle Portal technology to build the campus information portal on the framework of the DCIP, and described a specific process of the Portlet in detail to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the study.The paper is focused on innovation and technical specifications of the portal and the research of key technologies, on the basis of the building overall digitized campus, innovative and proposed a framework based on Portlet combined with Oracle Portal technology. The most important is the author using Oracle Portal technology developed a Digitized Campus portal. Through research of DCIP, the University could integrate information resources, and achieve information-sharing. It also plays an important guiding significance and of reference Value to the establishment of inter-business coordination, eliminating the "islands of information", reflecting personalized service, and promoting the change from management to service-oriented colleges and universities.
