Abstract/Summary:
At present through long-term mining, the major oilfields all over the country haveentered high water period, EOR takes oil field development technology into new stage.Polymer flooding is a widely used way of EOR. Because of the particularity of polymerinjection (such as short cycle injection and multi-use equipment), it is a complex project witha big investment and the high cost of running, and it subjects to further enhance the level ofpolymer injection, designs and improves control equipment to lower project investment andreduce energy loss.The paper made in-depth research and analysis on the polymer injection equipment athome and abroad, focused on dissolved and tank units scattered group unit the polymerinjection control device for the theoretical analysis for Shengli Oilfield EOR features. TakenPanasonic programmable logic controller (PLC) for the control of the core, it designedauto-control system of the polymer injection control device, and completed hardware circuitand software control procedures of polymer fixed devices, taken a number of anti-jammingmeasures reliability, improved mixed process auto-control control optimization, and ensuredthat the station's production security, stability, continuous.For polymer concentration for liquor control system to slow precise control, the paperstarted with predictive control theory. Introduced predictive PID control into the polymerconcentration control system and used predicted bias coefficient as parameter adaptation, itbecame adaptive predictive controller for polymer liquor control. This controller predictednew concentration data according as old concentration data, and the practice results are givento demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Remote control used firstly Panasonic PLC and Siemens wireless communicationmodule TC35I in polymer concentration. Based on the principle of TC35I depth analysis and study, the paper completed TC35I circuit design of power control and IGT start, and throughthe Panasonic PLC and SMS communication protocol for the PDU mode code in-depth studyachieved the various control points for data acquisition, and TC35I initialization and datacontrol, completed the communication between Panasonic PLC and TC35I, and maintenancedthe communication between monitoring center and TC35I, sent the running state and theoperation of production and equipment to maintenance center in the way of short messagewith the realization of the remote monitoring function.
