With the improvement of agricultural modernization, the efficiency of agricultural production and environmental protection have become more a nd more concerned by people. In particular, the use of pesticides is requi-red to be precisely control, The paper, combining the use of pesticides in China, designed a type of control system for pipeline-injection spraying equipment.Pipeline-injection spraying equipment pumps pesticide liquid by using peristaltic pump. Under constant pressure conditions, the water and the pesticides will be mixed up and sprayed under an increased pressure. Therefore, the pesticides and the operator will be completely separated. The control system controls the rotate speed of the peristaltic pump based on the real-time speed of vehicles,peristaltic pump rotational speed value and the preset pesticide quantity for the purpose of automatic control of pesticide quantity.The main tasks of the paper are as follows:1. Finishing the program design of automatic control system based on pipeline injection spraying equipment.2. Completing the hardware design of automatic pesticide quantity control system, mainly including speed acquisition module, keyboard entry module, medicine chest and water tank inspection module, LCD module, peristaltic pump control module, communication interface module, rotational speed acquisition module and alarm module, etc.3. Proposing methods for peristaltic pump performance inspection, testing the peristaltic pump selected for this system and analyzing the results.4. Completing the software design of the automatic control system.5. The control performance of the system has been tested and analyzed.6. Analyzing the defects of the system, and proposing the improvements.The paper introduces in detail the principle of automatic pesticide quantity control system, software and hardware design, performance analysis of peristaltic pump, system test results, and so on.
