Modern warfare is high-tech military operation and combination. In present information war, as the high tech armament system and combat system's core, C4KISR will play a more vital role. The C4KISR information distribution subsystem is C4KISR system's important component. It ensures the interconnection of different information systems, the intercommunication premise. Using this, the officer will gain information dominance, policy-making superiority and the combat duty basis. It can process land, sea and air platforms, information resources of multi-sensor in stipulated time, distribute the related indictment system, the operational unit and the weapon platform and make certain those will happen alternately.Because the structure of C4KISR information distribution system is complex and content, how to guarantee the system's optimized disposition, to reduce development cycle, and to accurate appraisal its fighting efficiency turns to be the question in C4KISR information distribution system design, development and triturating. The emulation technique has provided a feasible way for solution. This article takes the C4KISR information distribution system as the research background, in the information distribution method, the modeling technology and the emulation technique conducts the research. Achievement includes the following aspects:(1)After thorough analysis of the current C4KISR information distribution system, information distribution, proposition and design are based on the distributional multi-information key position information of demand distribution methods. In decision information distribution, proposition and design, the decision information distribution method is based on the multi-objective assignments.(2)By using Unified Modeling Language (UML) on C4KISR information distribution system modeling of the program, presented the application UML analysis and design C4KISR information distribution system and simulation system of the general process and use Rational Rose modeling tool for C4KISR information distribution system modeling.(3)Selecting high-level architecture (HLA) C4KISR information distribution system as the simulation environment, utilizing the characteristic of HLA separated concrete simulation function realization, simulation running administration and the bottom communication, this may make every part relatively independent.Finally, according to modeling C4KISR information distribution subsystem, this paper utilizes MAK RTI and VRlink software to structure the simulation environment of HLA, adopts VC++ to complete the simulation procedure, tests and verifies the practicability and suitability of simulation model. There is certain reference significance to C4KISR system of simulation technology in future.
