Design & Realization Of New Generation Publication Distributing System

The publication distribution has already passed through two generations on the system. These two generation systems only aimed at the application of the single plane or the local network system, which were certainly insufficient on the service applications, the system operations, the data rationality and in the network correspondence. It' s difficult for them to adapt the users' demands.In order to entirely use the publication data resources on city network , to enhance the work efficiency , to reduce the delivery time limit and to make the users' inquiring convenient, I participated in the research and development of "New Generation of Publication Distributing System" . I am responsible for the database designing and the software function development.The thesis , which uses the Informix database and existing data resources , fully mines the data potential to dynamically satisfy the users' real-time demands of reading publications early and inquiring conveniently. It has provided the powerful guarantee for improving the benefit of release services and realizing new point of profition growth for postal services. The dramatic feature of the thesis is numerical code demonstration distributing quantities for each delivery bureau or section , by using the large screen and the distributing standard hole screens. The article makes it true to distribute the publications straightly to the delivery sections, so it can enhance the delivery accuracy . It has also effectively resolved the hot spots in society of bad publication delivering qualities.
