Data signals transmission which according to the different objectives of the requirements of various types of real-time, accurate, reliable and effective (QOS guarantees) is continuing to pursue the goal of the people.To this end, the people put forward the concept of the Next Generation Network(NGN). A new network - Wideband Integrated Data Optical Synchronous Network (WIDOSNet), technically based on the Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH), optical fiber communication, SOPC technology, used high-speed programmable system-on-chip multiprocessor consisting of information processing system allowing the system to have sufficient information processing capability, and a new set of dynamic data flow adjustment concept.Wideband Integrated Data Optical Synchronous posed mainly by the part of Network Concentrator and the part of the user nodes. The completion of the main topics is the Research and Design for the basic features of user node voice communications system part. the communication protocol applicated to this network structure and the structure of the voice communication system was analyzed, and a hardware circuit application of this agreement, verify the feasibility of the network structure and the voice communication protocol was produced.The users network nodes voice communications system can be divided into the voice communications baby boards which inserted in nodes motherboard and user terminals for voice communications equipment from the hardware structure. Used SOPC technology, voice communications baby boards embedded a 32 processor NIOS II in the FPGA, communications agreement can be achieved by use of IP Core technology and embedded software programming. As the network of innovative, in order to facilitate testing and flexible application, user terminals voice communications equipment used Digital Telephone which was independently designed.The Digital Telephone was wade mainly by AVR MCU and CPLD technology programme.
