Along with the programmable logic component develop soon in recent years, the SOPC technical advantages also gradual appear, such as the design is fast and skilful, complete software development platform, abundant of IP core etc. So SOC technology got a more and more extensive application.The Nios CPU is a kind of CPU specially designed for SOPC by Altera company. It is provide with the form of the IP core to the embedded system designer. It's configurable characteristic make the design skilful, and provide a new idea of design for the embedded system. This design chooses the Cyclone series of EP1C20 as the system core, set up aintegrated hardware platform, including UART,FLASH,SRAM, ect. The desigh of soft IP core ,software and function emluatoran has finished.The dissertation detailedly present the design of whole system platform, introduce the process of JPEG2000 code, especially present the lifting wavelet compression algorithm. The use of nios embedded softcore make the desigh more skilful, lower cost, shorter research periods and convenient for update for the future. |
