In this dissertation, the simulation and control system with the table is analyzed and designed based on the single axes simulation table with great load droved by electromotive power.First, we introduce the double closed-loop of velocity and position control technique, and select the devices properly according to the circuit diagram of the system and the requirements of the performance to accomplish hardware facilities.Then, Owing to complexity of actual model of revolving stage system and uncertainty of many parameters, it is impossible to acquisition a mathematic model, so it is necessary to place reality prototype at simulation system to studying, this process is called rapid prototype design. The article having studied a experiment platform which can seamless connection with MATLAB/Simulink, tested by Germany dSPACE company to realize the rapid prototype design of revolving stage system, and the effect of simulation and experiment.At last, in the condition of outside perturbation unfixed and uncertainty of many parameters of the system is controlled, we choose the right weighted function to design the optimum controller with the control theory of H∞according to the requirements of the performance. And compare the result of simulate and experiment analysis with PID control.
