With the development of science and technology, and the popularization of EDA's technique, the full digital system has become to be a development orientation on control system. The full numeric control scheme not only guaranties accuracy, dependability of system, but also causes to adopt the complex control algorithm to become the probability. It causes that the big system changes into little, the structure of system is more terse, and furthermore makes up the components more normal, and is favor of overcoming the disturber.Phase lock technique was generated in 1930's ,and then extensively used in communication system. With the cost reduction of digital IC and development of phase lock, phase lock technique was extensively used in motor control. Using phase-locked loop to control motor, we can make fabric of systems simple and control precision high.With the large scale integrated circuit progressing, the laser direct writing technology came .With the great progress of laser direct writing technology, the higher requirement for servo- systems becomes a question. This paper reports on the application of the phase lock loop(PLL) tech-nique to DC motor's speed regulating and the realization of a all-digital PLL system Based on TMS320LF2407A of TI company. And we also introduce some numeric PID's algorithm principle. In the system a variable structure was applied, and functions of three loops PID algorithm. It is steady systematically to have anti jamming and operation, and the accuracy is high, and the control parameter is shifted, yet the distinguishing feature such as motor's velocity online real time alteration and so on.
