Electric loading technology is a new research direction in the field of loading simulation, and it is also the key technology of servo loading system. Electric loading system with fast response speed, good stability, and low cost advantages provides solid foundation for its widespread application. Electric loading system is not only widely used in aviation and aerospace, and there is important application value in the numerical control machine tools, robots and other industrial fields. Therefore, in the study of the actuator loading system based on the servo driver there are some practical research results, and there is no doubt that it is of great significance.In this paper, the load system based on servo driver is studied. The control system is designed and optimized in order to improve the accuracy of the output torque and the steady state accuracy. Fuzzy controller and repetitive controller in parallel is used to form compound control method, and the electric loading compound control system has better response and robustness, and can meet the engineering requirements of the actuator test system.The specific research contents and research results are as follows:(1) The servo driver choice scheme is determined, the working principle and application of servo controller are introduced. Based on the Labview platform, servo motor control and actuator motion programs are made.(2) The actuator test system and the working principle of electric loading system are introduced in this paper. According to its working principle, mathematic models of the servo motor and other parts, and electric loading system model are established.(3) The analysis of the load performance of the system helps to deeply study loading system features. Based on the use of servo controller, fuzzy controller is designed, and the tracking precision of the system is improved with the fuzzy controller to online fine tuning of PID parameters. By Matlab/Simulink simulation experiments, the loading system and tracking error curve are obtained. Fuzzy control system can be compared to PID control system, steady-state error is decreased by an order of magnitude, the tracking accuracy is enhanced, and loading system control performance is improved.(4) Against the limitations of the fuzzy control system, the repetition controller based on the internal model principle is introduced, which can be periodically adjusted no difference, so that the system has good dynamic and static performance. Then the fuzzy controller and repetitive controller add in the electric load system model after the original parallel. Using Matlab/Simulink, tracking and error curve are obtained. Simulation results show that system steady error is small with high tracking accuracy and good anti-jamming under compound loading control.
