| The beer production of China has rapidly increased in recent years, the beer production and sales in China have been ranking first in the world for five years. In the production process of beer, it is necessary to inspect the quality and hygiene of each bottle before filling in the production factory. Machine vision inspection devices are being widely used to inspect the quality and hygiene of the bottles in foreign beer production factories. Because domestic beer equipment manufacturing enterprises have not yet produced mature, reliable bottle inspection equipment, domestic factories can only spend a lot of money on buying foreign products. Due to foreign products are very expensive, only a few large-scale domestic factories can purchase online inspection equipments.The purpose of this paper is to develop domestic high-speed inspection system with independent intellectual property rights to replace the imported equipments, enhance domestic beer equipment industry's technology strengths and improve the efficiency and quality of domestic beer production factory.Empty Bottle Inspection System is a high-tech product, which includes precision machining, machine vision, high-frequency detection and precise control. It needs precise co-ordination with other units to reach the desired inspection effect. It refers to optics, image processing, pattern recognition, information fusion, automatic control and so on.This paper focuses on the following elements of the on online high-speed intelligent empty bottle inspection system:(1) On the principle of the stable performance, simple structure and easy to realize , we analyzed the process of beer filling, designed the overall structure of the system, the integrated modules and the interface standards, and selected the hardware.(2)Put forward the packet inspection thought of empty bottle, the method of bottle inspection via pointer and indirect addressing, cross-ideological positioning. Implementation of high-speed inspection to a huge number of empty bottles on the conveyor belt and efficient information accessing, the use of packet inspection reduces the requirement to the PLC unit and difficulty of software design.(3) Based on the constraint pulse, the inspection system can suppress interference and increase the robustness of the inspection system. We establish a fixed relationship model in two adjacent inspection units. The error inspection caused in the case of bottle being offline and mistaken deletion caused by the external factors can be real-timely detected.(4) Analyze the necessity and feasibility of the inspection quality control, introduce the Statistical Process Control (SPC) into the system, to monitor the quality of the empty bottles in the inspection process and ensure the inspection stability.(5) This paper studies the whole system integration of the high-speed online smart bottle inspection system, the network structure, the auxiliary system and the communications between control modules, image processing module and the human-machine interface.(6) Study the multi-sensor information fusion technology used in the online high-speed intelligent empty bottle inspection system and study a more in-depth analysis of each inspection unit,the whole structure and rules of the information fusion.The research and theoretical analysis on the test platform and the large number of test prove that the inspection system consisting of optical, electrical, machinery and computer is feasible and reliable. At present the prototype has run stably, reliably and the indicators have been met or exceeded desired targets. |
