Along with the people to the energy demand's day-by-day expansion as well as to the environment quality request's unceasing enhancement, the new generation who internationally develops as the recent years highly effective, the low pollution clean combustion boiler, circulated the fluid bed boiler to obtain has promoted rapidly. But, until now circulates the fluid bed boiler is still the new boiler which in one craft improves unceasingly, its combustion process has the high misalignment, the uncertainty, time-variable and the big lag and the multivariable coupling serious and so on complex characteristic. Especially present is not yet mature to its burning mechanism and the simulated research, although already studied many models, but is not very accurate, moreover the different boiler's model is not same, in the combustion process also changes. Therefore the circulation fluid bed boiler automation control level has been unable to have the effective enhancement. Uses the computer technology, the automated technology to realize the circulation fluid bed boiler synthesis automation is one of present process control main research directions, is one item has the vital practical significance research subject.The present paper take the Laichou thermal power plant circulation fluid bed boiler automatic control system's development as a background, mainly has carried on the following research work. First introduces the circulation fluid bed technology the development survey, the analysis domestic present circulation fluid bed boiler automation control level of development, definite this article work content. Introduced the circulation fluid bed boiler's principle, the structure, combustion system's control duty and the circulation fluid bed boiler's merit, has conducted the analytical study to the circulation fluid bed boiler control system, has analyzed between each main parameter coupling relations. Looked from the system that circulates the fluid bed boiler mainly to include the fuel system, the soft drink system. This article take the 130t/h circulation fluid bed boiler as the object of study, gave has controlled subsystem's control plan one by one, in the circulation fluid bed boiler's control system design, might use the PID algorithm to take the basic control algorithm, took control system's basic structure by the cascade control, thus caused the control system design simplification. In refers to the CFBB circulation loop process dynamic model in the foundation, applies EDPF-NT the DCS system, designs the CFBB automatic control system. Including: Include: Steam drum water level control, Live steam temperature control, Vacuum suction control, Bed differential pressure control, Live steam pressure control and Bed temperature control, and several other subsystems, and so on several sub-systems, solves big reasons effectively and so on lag, close coupling the difficult problem which brings to the control, enhanced the boiler autonomous system to throw transporting rate continuously.This article elaborated the design proposal and the method, have certainly certainly to the next similar circulation fluid bed boiler control system's design profit from the function. To raised the circulation fluid bed boiler automation level to make the beneficial attempt.
