Research And Development Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Control System

Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler(CFBB or CFB Boiler) is becoming the main coal combustion technique all over the world for its attractive advantages of high combustion efficiency, efficient sulfur removal, low NOx emission, fuel flexibility and good load-following capability. The advanced controlling way based on CFBB is fit for complex industry process, and it can meet complex control based on CRBB, meanwhile the running automatization is based on new and clear coal, which is very important for the economic safety of thermoelectricity factory.This thesis is based on 75t/h CFBB, which stated its main craftwork character, analysising its difficulty, investigating its boiler burning system and its liquid system, and expatiating its ideology of Drum water level three impulses regulate and Steam Temperature control. It adoptes self-adapting PID of BPNN according to the disadvantage of tranditonal PID arithmetic in Steam Temperature control, and it's really efficiency. It introduces the form of software and hardware and system function in DCS, which makes the CBFF through with combining epigyny configuration and Data Acquisition System(DAS) and Modulation Control system(MCS) of SALVIA.With HONEYWELL HC900 and Intellution IFIX configuration software, it has developed the circulating fluidized bed boiler control system, the operation interface of the system is beautiful, and the system have plenty management functions. It's targets of response speed and control accuracy of the system achieve the request of the produce. The CFBB control system has well controlled bed temperature and almost stops coking while system's operating.
