Coal is a kind of rich reserved, easily accessed primary energy. When it changed into secondery energy by burning, various substances be discharged will have effects on natural environment. Along with the awearness of the environment protection, governments are improving environmental requirements, but human beings at the present stage are still unable to find stability, safety, available energy to replace coal mass. Therefore,, countries are actively looking for more clean coal combustion technology when they use the coal resources at the same time.Based on circulating fluidized bed boiler(circulating fluidized bed boiler, CFB) cogeneration power plant system is developed in recent decades as an efficient, environmental clean energy conversion technology. Environmental, economic and other indicators of circulating fluidized bed boiler cogeneration power plant transformation systems are particularly suitable for human district heating and electricity supply.But in recent years, as the main research and development target, development of based on circulating fluidized bed boiler cogeneration power plant is aimed at achieving large scale system. And because the power system structure and control system based on the burning of pulverized coal boiler is widely divergent with traditional cogeneration power plant system, which made the control system is not compatible, so the control system is relatively backward.In view of the above questions, based on production demand of circulating fluidized bed boiler power plant, we researched about the overall structure, procession, conditions of power station, and analysed the main power station combustion system, steam system, electrical system and public auxiliary system of coal system, water system, gray system, desulfurization system, boiler soot blowing system, boiler blowdown system, rubber ball cleaning system, heating system. At last, designed the systemallotment according to the corresponding system control object.After based on the circulating fluidized bed boiler cogeneration power plant control system design, in order to improve the existing system efficiency, reduce environmental emissions basic parameters, reduce the labor intensity of operating personnel, reduce operation personnel and system errors, improve overall system operation stability, economical efficiency.
