Business process management base on computer network technology and work flow, Enterprise Application Integration, XML technology, etc. It manage the enterprise from the perspective of business process, and support the continued improvement of business processes. Its core idea is to provide a unified modeling, implementation and monitoring environment for enterprises. Its related technologies include business process modeling, process generating and executing of process.With the advent of web service technologies, it has become possible to execute service processes in a highly customized manner. In this paper, we aim to extend traditional workflow technology to realize agile business process management. This paper presents a BPM software framework that addresses the above challenges by specifying a novel model of business processes used in BPM software in the web service environment (we call it customized flow) and proposing how to generate a customized flow by capturing a customer's requirements intelligently and how to execute it in two modes, routing and triggering. The software framework is based on a set of novel conceptual foundations, including flow modeling approaches that describe customized flow from a new point of view, approaches using the AI technique CBR to transform a customer's goals into a customized flow, and flow execution methods.This paper adopts the ontology idea in the field of business process management in order to implant sharing and reusing the process among various application systems and enterprises .ontology can define a series of concepts and relations among them of concepts in semantic level of domain, and describe formally business process in ontology description language, and express clearly and accurately the business requirements without valuable information loss. Case-based reasoning is an artificial intelligence technique of reasoning based on experience knowledge. The paper creates the business process knowledge base with the idea of case-based reasoning ,and adopts goals-based method to model business processes, and stores the business process model in the process knowledge base. This can make business process, as a media ,identify semantically business process management domain concepts among different application system, avoiding repetition of designing the process, implementing sharing and reusing of process.Chapter 4 of this paper introduce the business process management system architecture based on CFM. Chapter 5 introduce realization of some functions of the system and focus on the establishment of the knowledge base, generating of process based on the CBR technology, invoking of web service and processes and executing of process.The CFM reflects the business logic and processes logical separation thinking of business process management. We introduce the theoretical study and implementation method in this paper, which is referable for business process modeling and business process management related fields.
