The rapid development of modern information science and technology especial the development of network technology, has already made people's everyday life be very closely related to network. And a mass of data files need to be stored and shared. Traditional storing and sharing technique that utilizes server mode to work will cause enormous burden to the server, and this mode would increase more cost in storage space and performance of the server. The appearance of Web Services technology provides a new idea to solve the problem mentioned above. The technology offers a new method to carry out effectively integrating and widely sharing of the computing resources, data resources and services resources in the internet.In this thesis, the characteristic of Web Services and P2P technology is analysed, and P2P thought is used for reference to incorporate the concept of Web Services, and an Internet File-shared System based on Web Services (WS-IFS) is designed. WS-IFS adopt the distributed resources storing mode and utilizes the standard interface to share resources by P2P method. The advantage of this system is that the system gives certain control ability to each resource node, in which way the requisition for performance of the server can be reduced. It is suitable to the mode of files resources with medium or small scale, adjustable, high performance/price value.The main content of the thesis includes:1. To introduce recent situation of file storage and share over network environment in the world.2. To research on Web Services architecture and P2P technology systematically, and integration of Web Services and P2P on the platform of .NET framework is deep discussed.3. Putting forward the solution of to establish P2P model based on Web Services according to the recent situation of network file storage and share. Every component of this system is analyzed in detail, and the aims andidea of the design is expatiated.4. To describe the overall design of this system and work which author participate in, which includes devolopping the IFS libaray module and P2P framework module, designing the database that the system used, participating in test j'ob of the project, writing most technology and test file and completing main functions of this system.
