The most recent period, domestic development and application of the CAN system is gradually increased. The study on CAN protocol has been deepening. In many areas, such as the development of electric cars and hybrid vehicles of the 863 major issues, CAN has been defined as a standard communication protocol for the car. Power, aerospace and other departments also made a lot of achievements in CAN. CAN protocol has been developed in Europe and the United States for 20 years, and the application layer protocol development for almost 10 years, But most of the domestic applications continued to be based on the norms CAN2.0B, can not be further in the application layer level.Network and standardization of the electronic Measurement System is an inevitable trend of modern industrial development, using CAN Bus application layer protocol CANopen in this field has broad application prospects. Making multi-channel analog measurement module accord with the standardized CANopen Protocol devices can enhance equipment scalability, increase reliability for data transmission. The development and use of the standard protocols of Fieldbus application layer, has some significance for improving the system efficiency and especially for the development of complex systems. This paper details the development of the multi-channel analog measuring CANopen module. This article first chapter briefly introduce the electronic measuring system and testing technology development; The second chapter details on the CAN Bus and CAN application layer protocol CANopen; Chapter 3 introduces the main IC used by the device, and then a detailed analysis of the system circuit design; Chapter 4 introduces the base of the system software development, and then were part of the presentation software; Chapter 5 gives a brief summary of the project.
