With the fast development and application of computer network techniques and the in-depth study on Industrial Ethernet,the Industrial Ethernet is becoming being used in industrial application gradually.It becomes a requirement to connect the industry devices with the Internet.Among the many ways accessing to the industry devices,it is such a natural and practical choice to realize remote supervisory using web technology.The widely applications of the internet make it is possible to access to the industry device in every corner of the world,No need for the development of client software,accessing to the industry device only needs a browser,which supports multiple clients simultaneous accessing the industry device.The application of the TCP/IP protocol and the Hypertext Transfer Protocol makes it possible for many different platforms access to the industry devices.The information is expressed by the web page,data,graphics,animation,sound and many other multimedias,all can be used to vividly show the status of industry device, and the interface is very friendly,easy to learn.This paper is the convergence of today's advanced embedded system technology and network technology.In this paper,Embedded Web Server was successfully embeded into hydraulic equipment,and the hydraulic equipment can be accessed to via web browser. Through the web pages remote motoring was accomplished.This paper first choice S3C2440 as the core built up a low-power,and high-performance embedded hardware platform.Based on the hardware platform, reduction and transplantation of embedded Linux kernel and root file system are done which is in order to make the embedded system smaller and surports the USB and IDE hard driver,and that makes it is possible for the embedded systems which have limited resource can store massive sampling datas.With the support of multi-tasking operating system,the paper transplanted the boa as Web Server and CGIC as function libaray of the CGI,and it not only reduce the development cycle,but also guarantee the stability of the system,In order to make the massive sampling data easy to manage and retrieval,this paper introduced the SQLite as the database of the system.At last use all of the tool software,the author develops a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis platform succsefully which sing all of the tool software.It is innovation to compact remote monitoring and fault diagnosis into a small embedded Web Server,and the system has strong practical and universal,it can be used for other remote monitoring systems and fault diagnosis after simple changes.
