Tire dynamic balance refers to the unbalanced force which is the centrifugal force caused by the high-speed turning tire whose quality is not so symmetrical. Tire runout means the radial or lateral fluctuation caused by the anomalistic shell of tire. Dynamic-balanced machine is optical, mechanical and electrical, used specially to check the tire with quality balance. Nowadays, the online tire dynamic-balanced machines used in our country depend mainly on import. And some domestic manufacturers begin to simulate and produce the machine although the quality as a whole is not so good as the foreign machine. Some key techniques of loaded tire dynamic-balanced machine are studied in this thesis, based on the practical use. Main contributions of this paper are:As to the unbalance measuring of the tire, the dynamic model is established with dynamic formulae. Parameters between unbalanced force and sensor output are defined. Based on some given hardware, the signal dealing software environment to calculate the unbalanced force is designed in the thesis. The signal dealing includes sampling, FIR filtering,FFT transformation etc.. Some emendating ways are given to improve the precision. As to the runout measurement, introductions to the hardware are given. The measurement software includes sampling, filtering, and noise removal. A"changing rate"based de-noising algorithm for tire sidewall runout test is presented. As tire performance specifications become more stringent, tire manufacturers are facing the challenge to develop accurate measuring device for their products. The dynamic-balanced machine as the special machine to the standard tests to a tire plays a very important role.
