| According to the requirements of measuring the tire dynamic balance and runout in the tire industry, things should be studied to make the TST-YLH-DJ/T test machine improved, so that it can meet the demand of applying on mixed product line with higher repeatability of runout measurement. This article proposed a scheme,which measured information of multi-slides to fit the spatial attitude of the tires, to improve the stability of runout measurement with related analysis and experiment.This article also has designed a new system of tire mark automatic recognition based on image process, which is placed before the measuring work station. The system replaces the hardware with software, so that it gets rid of the complex mechanical structure. The main work in this paper contains several aspects as follows:1. Based on the practical problems, design a scheme to improve the TST-YLH-DJ/T test machine, so that it can achieve the arranged measuremeng stability.2. Use Matlab to analyze the relationship between the parameters related to the designed scheme and to prove the scheme's validity by experiments.3. Do experiment with real object to assure the correctness of the proposed scheme, and evaluate the simulating and predicting ability of Matlab.4. According to the requirement of tire automatic recognition, analyze the realistic state, make comprehensive evaluation of the existing methods, and eventually choose the method based on image process to get rid of the complex mechanical structure.5. Design the hardware components as well as the software frame, and set demand of the hardware characteristic parameters as well as propose ideas for software structure.6. Along with the software frame, finish programming the first three stage and prove it right. |
