| After analyzing and studying flow simulation and its development, on the basis of learning the status quo of this field inside and outside, and making detailed researches on related technology on this project, this article, aiming at the particularity of this project, brings forward the design alternative of FPSO Production Simulation System based on I/A system. This project models itself on marine oil FPSO No.112 and is designed with semi-physical simulation technology and modularization. It dynamically simulates the working principle, control principle and disposal process of the typical production flow and equipments so as to satisfy the requirements of corporations for staff on operation training, technique examining, and production supporting.The design alternative puts forward system structure of model computer, field computer, central control computer, setting computer, and communication processor, and defines the function of every module. Model computer runs model software simulating production flow and equipments. Field computer simulates field operation. Central control computer adopts real DCS system, namely I/A system. Setting computer completes the setting of boundary condition, device parameter, and malfunction. Communication processor is the hinge of every part and complete data exchange among all parts.This article also introduces developing process of communication processor in detail. Communication processor is developed with OPC technology. As new standard of Industrial Control field in the world, OPC technology overcomes such obstacles as data exchange among many manufacturers and standard application interface routine design, and makes great progress in recent years. The application of OPC technology ensures the reliability, standardization, and certain technique progress of system communication, and establish base for the expanding of system.In conclusion, FPSO Production Simulation System based on I/A system has very important application value. The system structure and realization of communication processor based on OPC technology, which is put forward in this article, will surely provide reference for the research and development of similar projects. |
