Design Of Teaching And Teaching Facilities Management System In Universities

There are some shortcomings in attendance mode of university teaching management System,such as substitute,truancy and low attendance efficiency.The control system of teaching facilities in multimedia classroom is managed by managers.In view of the above problems,and considering the extensive use of Android mobile phones,this paper designs an Android-based university teaching and teaching facilities management system.The system makes use of the signal strength of WIFI network and the uniqueness of mobile phone MAC address to check on attendance of students,and the system can not only realize the intelligent management of teaching,but also control the teaching facilities in the classroom remotely.The management system of teaching and teaching facilities in universities uses MVC design mode and JAVA language to develop Android mobile client and WEB server.It completes the design of modules such as attendance,classroom test,announcement and course setting with mobile phone,and completes the control of lighting brightness and teaching facilities with mobile phone.The mobile client accesses the WEB server interface through HTTP protocol to realize the functions of each module.The system server is based on Controller,Model and DAO.After deploying to Tomcat,it completes the management of classroom data statistics and electrical facilities information.In order to update data in real time,the server connects MySQL database to access data through JDBC technology,completes the parsing and transformation of JSON data and displays it on the mobile client.Teachers and students only need to install the client software of system on the mobile phone,using classroom WIFI network can complete classroom attendance;wherever can be connected to the network,teachers can control the indoor lighting brightness and teaching facilities remotely through the mobile phone client.Through the test of attendance module,classroom tests module,announcements module,courses module,lighting intensity module and teaching facilities module by the Android mobile phone,the system has stable performance and achieves the design goal,realizes the intelligent management of classroom teaching,and provides convenience for teachers and students.
