In recent years information Office became enterprise development of main direction is one of, to makes daily of personnel attendance work reduced paper manual operation, improve personnel attendance management of efficiency, effective reduced assessment not real situation, this research using RFID system can fast right of recognition and records personnel access access of characteristics, is will personnel attendance system and RFID access control system of integrated application, hopes can improve enterprise employees attendance work of efficiency.This system by RFID access control systems, rates will return and record employee attendance information to the back-end server databases and RFID identification by the personnel performance appraisal system to handle employee time record produced in and out access control, personal attendance data, as a basis for performance of personnel attendance, HR attendance and work processes more standardized and efficient.This study uses object-oriented analysis and design methods using Rational Rose 2003 as a design tool, based on UML and RUP model approach to systems analysis and design, draw a use case diagram, sequence diagram, deployment diagram, class diagram, activity diagram design.Using VS.NET2010 is a software development tool, SQL SERVER2008 to your database, the development of personnel appraisal system, and the system is functional and performance testing.This system combines RFID personnel documents and records produced by personnel in and out of time, establish employee attendance information, and to provide a basis for subsequent personnel attendance.This system architecture contains "personnel management" and "attendance management subsystem" and "access control system".Personnel management system includes information management, employee management and employee information, such as common major functions of personnel management;Attendance management system with overtime management, leave management, time management and time and attendance management, attendance records commonly used functions;Access control subsystem main function in access control monitoring.Hope the objectivity of this system to increase attendance, improve evaluation of normative, thereby promoting enterprise management, improve the efficiency of personnel management.
