Internal Phototelegreph Receive And Dispatch System

The police system in Inner Mongolia has some requirements on fax receiving and dispatching system, such as efficiency, safety, rapid and easy management. To fulfill these requirements, we develop a network fax sending and receiving system which is called IPRDS. In this system, messages can be sent, received, browsed, searched, statistic and auto-managed online. The office information can be managed intelligently. Since truncations are deal without paper in IPRDS, it improves office work efficiency and saves budget in police system.This system is designed in B/S mode. It integrates Web, background server and database, so it can distribute data dynamically. When the client sends a request to the Web server, the server calls the application procedure, access the database, and return the result to the client. The database we select the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 standard versions and the enterprise versions. The application procedure uses ASP.NET for development and uses parts of Office's automatic application procedure.This thesis clarifies the development background, introduces the system running requirement,the methods of installing and the implement technology aiming at the system structure. The thesis also clarifies the system's main function module and explains the data base's design particularly. This system is tested according to the actual running. We indicate the existent problems and improve part of them. Finally, we give some suggestions to the further work.
