The Research Of The News Media's Development And Present Situation Of Xinjiang Kirgiz Race

This paper is the research of the news media's development and the present situation of Xinjiang Kirgiz race . It is obvious that the news media's development of the Kirgiz race relies on the Xinjiang area economic development. As for as the whole is concerned, there is no doubt that the Kirgiz race's news media development have a limitation and backwardness , But it cannot be neglected absolutely, because it is not only China journalism's constituent, meanwhile it has the surmounting journalism's culture and the political implication. The goal of the selected topic is to comb the news media of Xinjiang Kirgiz race from the historical angle and analyze the question which exists in the news media , then propose the solution .The main body of the paper was divides into six parts.Firstly, elaborating in detail early time experienced spoken language dissemination time and the writing dissemination time of Xinjiang Kirgiz race and analyzing the newspaper produces from the historical perspective. Secendly, introducing the origination and publishing a newspaper experience of "Kirghiz Newspaper" (Kirgiz article version) in the 20th century 50s, the 60s. The third part, analyzing news media preliminary development of the Xinjiang Kirgiz race in the 20th century 80s,90s. The fourth part, the paper has analyzed news media recent development of the Xinjiang Kirgiz race in the new century. The fifth part, to prove the integrity, researcher carried on investigation which the Xinjiang Kirgiz race audiences contacted the Kirgiz language news media.Researcher used the literature method in the historical data collection and on-the-spot investigate method. To get basic situation of all media, researcher used questionnaire survey to form collection material. The empirical study is through the questionnaire survey during the audiences investigation .The generalized analysis in whole text has been used the comparison methodology. This article provides historyical model and reference function to the Kirgiz race media's development.
