The wiredrawing is in the metallurgical industry important branch, our country wiredrawing profession start quite late, the wiredrawing technology is on the other hand backward, specially displays in the wiredrawing production line control technology aspect. The wiredrawing machine belongs to the impact load characteristics, requests the motor torque to have the starting moment to be big, when low speed outputs the full torque the characteristic, pulls out in the process in the association simultaneously to request the many drawing machines high rotational speed, the high accuracy simultaneously the realization proportion link age control, this has brought the certaintechnical difficulty to the wiredrawing control system design.At present in the drawing machine work way, straight the drawing machine is the common one kind, in before usually uses the continuous current dynamo - motor group (the F-D system) to realize. Straight the drawing machine is one kind which in the drawing machine is most difficult to control, because it is at the same time multi- motor carries on the stretch to the tinsel,the work efficiency is very high. Simultaneously it all has a higher request to between the electrical machinery synchronism as well as the dynamic response rapidity.In recent years, with the continuous development of electronic products, the wiredrawing control systems, have also been developed, the current use of PLC analog converter control, but such control means there is a difference of interference, some tension control, parameter the shortcoming adjustment inconvenient, even use special converter production line can not meet the needs of the drawing techniques. In light of existing problems, the issues about fieldbus technology based on the multi Wiredrawing Control System design, the use of digital control of PROFIBUS with by the anti-jamming ability, and control of high accuracy, fast response, and other characteristics, in order to achieve the original control system to overcome the shortcomings. The design program used fieldbus and PLC, HMI and the inverter control system design, realization of the multi-motor speed, high-precision control linked. This design uses bus control technology not only improved the level of the control system, and reduce the construction wiring, point of failure and future maintenance, improving the reliability of the system, the design of SCADA software with the cooperation achieved drawing varieties creation, automation of operation, production process control, real-time closed-loop control, automatic meter, and other functions in mind, further enhance the efficiency of production and for enhancing the level of the production process, providing a platform.The completion of the project based on bus technology multi Drawing Machine Control System design, the production line was in August 2005 to achieve industrial operating and is running in good condition, has achieved its design goals.
